Our mission

You're more qualified than your resume shows.

A one-page resume compresses five, ten, twenty years of real work into 400 words — then a recruiter skims it in thirty seconds. We're building the career-context layer that captures who you actually are as a professional, and renders it into the resume each opportunity needs.

What we believe

The problem

The burden falls on the candidate.

Employers run automated screening, custom rubrics, and full recruiting teams. Candidates hand-tailor every resume alone — hundreds of unpaid hours per search, defending a decade of work from memory under pressure. The asymmetry is structural, and it isn't the candidate's fault.

What we build

A system that knows you.

Resu-ME pulls your real impact out through low-pressure conversation, scores it against rubrics built with recruiters, and keeps it as a living record. The resume is the wedge. The context that compounds underneath is the point.

"I know within 30 seconds if this is a yes or no on a resume. If I have too many qualified candidates, I might look at just the first 10. It's all luck."
— Aaron Schott, recruiter we interviewed

The capital ME in Resu-ME is deliberate. A résumé is a snapshot. ME is the whole of who you are as a professional — the work, the judgment, the way you actually solve problems. That's what we've built to surface.

The team

Built by people who lived it.

Five co-founders — former candidates who shipped products together before building the tool they wished they'd had.

Ralph Bautista

Full-time since 2025

Seven years at The Princeton Review building test-prep products — where he learned that the bottleneck in any high-stakes assessment is the practice gap, not the knowledge gap. Resu-ME applies that heuristic to careers.
